MATERIALS & CARE

Materials

The outer shell is crafted from velvet that holds its shape beautifully. The inner lining is made from 100% natural cotton, providing maximum comfort in contact with the skin. The front of the garment is adorned with exquisite gold thread embroidery and detailed with beads.

Care

To preserve the ideal appearance of the velvet and delicate decor, hand washing in cool water (up to 30°C) using a mild liquid detergent is recommended. Do not wring or twist the product to avoid damaging the embroidery and beads; excess water is best gently blotted with a towel. Dry the poncho flat on a horizontal surface, away from direct sunlight and heaters. Ironing or steaming is recommended exclusively from the reverse side.

Returns & Exchanges:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Used items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refunds:
