Little Dreamers ships orders both domestically within Ukraine and worldwide. Below are the terms and conditions regarding order processing and delivery.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Production timelines for custom or personalized orders are agreed upon individually.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Ukraine)

Domestic shipping is handled by Nova Poshta:

Delivery to branch locations or parcel lockers;
Courier delivery to a specified address (where available).
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout according to the carrier's rates.

3. International Shipping

International shipping is available via:

Nova Poshta Global (International delivery);
Ukrposhta (National Postal Service).
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and selected courier.
Please note: Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or postal logistics beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs inspection processes.
The buyer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

5. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to collect the package by the recipient, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
