Refund policy

1. General Return and Exchange Conditions

You have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the conditions outlined below are met.

2. Eligible Items for Return and Exchange

Items are eligible for return or exchange if they:

• Are unused and unworn;

• Show no signs of wear, damage, or stains;

• Are in their original packaging with all tags attached and in sellable condition.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made or personalized orders;

• Items that show signs of use;

• Items damaged by the buyer.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel;

• Provide photos or videos as proof of the issue.

Upon review and confirmation, we will offer either an item exchange or a full refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in verified cases of defective or incorrect items.

• In the event of a confirmed defect, we will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• The refund will be processed back to your original payment method;

• Refunds are issued within up to 10 business days (depending on your payment provider).

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled anytime prior to dispatch.

• Custom/personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
